Registration
Participation is registered by submitting the electronic registration form. Registration is binding and processed in the order it is received. Each trip is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

If registrations exceed capacity, a waiting list will be created, and participants will be informed of their position on the list.

Payment
The trip is paid in two parts:

Part 1 – Deposit
The deposit secures your spot on the trip. It can be paid in full via invoice (20-day due date) or as installment payments, as agreed with the organizer based on the time remaining until departure. The deposit must be fully paid no later than 2 months before departure for the registration to be valid.

Part 2 – Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is paid in cash in USD upon arrival.

Binding Registration and Refund of Deposit
Once the deposit is paid, registration is binding, and your spot is guaranteed. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant, unless there is valid documentation of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, serious illness, or death).

If cancellation occurs less than 2 months before departure, full reimbursement may be difficult if suppliers do not offer refunds. SalsaTour Contigo will make every effort to refund all or most of the amount. Please notify us as soon as possible for the best possible handling.

Participant Transfer
A participant may transfer their spot to another person in writing if they cannot attend. This is free of charge, but the organizer must be informed as soon as possible.

Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip in case of:

• Insufficient number of participants
• Organizational challenges
• Force majeure (natural disaster, disease outbreak, war, etc.)
• Other unforeseen events making the trip impossible or unreasonably expensive

Participants will be notified immediately of such changes. The trip requires a minimum of 5 participants to proceed.

If canceled by the organizer:

• Participants will receive a full refund of the trip fee
• The organizer is not responsible for other claims, such as travel costs, accommodation, or lost income

Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program as long as they do not significantly affect the planned benefits for participants. In case of unforeseen events before or during the trip, the organizer will try to provide equivalent alternatives.

Photos and Video
By participating in SalsaTour Contigo trips, you give the organizer permission to use photos and videos from the event for advertising and marketing purposes. This applies to all participants, instructors, artists, and staff. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please notify us at registration. Note that photos and videos may be taken throughout the trip by both the organizer and other participants.

Participant Obligations
Participants are required to follow the stated terms and conditions. In case of serious breaches, the organizer reserves the right to terminate participation without refund.
