Responsible Organizer, Sales, and Payment:
SALSATOUR CONTIGO
Org. no.: 926 395 629

1. Registration

Participation is confirmed upon submission of the electronic registration form. Registration is binding and processed in the order received.

Each trip has limited capacity (maximum 10 participants). If capacity is exceeded, a waiting list will be established, and applicants will be informed of their status.

2. Payment

Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your place. Payment terms (full or installment) will be agreed upon based on the time remaining before departure. The deposit must be fully paid no later than 2 months prior to departure.

Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is payable in cash (USD) upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Binding Registration and Participant Cancellation

Once the deposit has been paid, the registration is binding.

  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness, death, or other documented force majeure), partial refunds may be considered.

If a participant cancels less than 2 months before departure, refunds will depend on what costs can be recovered from third-party suppliers.

SalsaTour Contigo will make reasonable efforts to recover and refund as much as possible, but cannot guarantee full reimbursement.

4. Transfer of Participation

Participants may transfer their spot to another person free of charge. This must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.

5. Organizer Cancellation or Changes

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip due to:

  • Insufficient number of participants (minimum 5 required)
  • Safety concerns or official travel advisories (e.g., government warnings)
  • Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control

Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Refund Policy in Case of Organizer Cancellation

  • If the trip is canceled for reasons within the organizer’s control, participants will receive a refund.
  • If the trip is canceled due to force majeure or external circumstances (including travel advisories related to destinations such as Cuba), refunds will depend on what the organizer is able to recover from partners, suppliers, and service providers at the time of cancellation.

SalsaTour Contigo will make every reasonable effort to secure and pass on the maximum possible refund, but full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

The organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., flights, insurance, accommodation, or loss of income).

6. Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the program. In case of significant changes due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.

7. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen events, including situations where travel advisories may affect the trip.

8. Included Services

Details of what is included and not included in the trip are available on the website. A detailed itinerary will be provided closer to departure.

9. Photos and Video

By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify the organizer in writing prior to the trip.

10. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all guidelines provided by the organizer. In case of serious misconduct, the organizer reserves the right to terminate participation without refund.
